What the price covers

The licence is for one school, with no per-pupil or per-TA charge. For a group of schools or a trust, contact us to discuss your needs.

What to know before choosing

Profiles are stored in each browser. They do not automatically sync between staff or devices. A supporting adult is responsible for setup, backups and restoring files when needed.

PrecisionTeaching.uk is a separate product and is not included in this bundle. A US edition is planned; this website currently provides the UK edition.

Questions about the licence

Do we have to use every tool?

No. Start with the tools that are useful for your pupils. The school price covers the whole bundle.

Does every child need an account?

No. The apps use local profiles rather than pupil accounts. Use initials or a nickname, and only add information needed for support.

Can staff share a pupil profile?

An adult can export a profile and restore it on another device. This is a manual transfer, not live sharing. A single-profile restore adds a new profile; it does not merge changes between devices.

Can we pay by purchase order?

Include your school’s purchase-order requirements in your enquiry. We will confirm the arrangements and licence details by email before asking you to proceed.
